Amy Hall, MPA, is Minority Staff Director of the Subcommittee on Health, Committee on Ways and Means, U.S. House of Representatives. She previously served as a senior professional member, Subcommittee on Health, Committee on Energy and Commerce, U.S. House of Representatives (2011-2015); director, Office of Legislation, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (2009-2011); and professional staff member, Committee on Energy and Commerce, U.S. House of Representatives (1997-2009).

Amy has worked on most major health financing legislation during the past twenty years, beginning with the Balanced Budget Act of 1997 (BBA97) and most recently the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA). She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Delaware and a BA from Wellesley College.
